Refund policy
VEYA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar products.
Refunds for Perishable Items
- Refund or replacement for perishable items will be considered only if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered was not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If a damaged or defective product is received, the issue must be reported to the Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The request will be processed only after verification and confirmation by the merchant.
Product Not as Expected
- If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, the customer must notify Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
- The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision after verification.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly as per the applicable warranty terms.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved by VEYA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 6 to 8 business days.
